Agreement
These terms apply when you use the Eleete apps and eleete.app, provided by Dalvik d.o.o., Zeleno Polje 9, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. By using Eleete you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Eleete is a training log, not a doctor or a coach. Talk to a professional before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.
Your account
You can use Eleete without an account. If you sign in, keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use Eleete.
Eleete Pro
Eleete Pro is an optional subscription or one-time purchase made through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply to payment.
- The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
Your training data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Eleete to you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, and no use that breaks the law.
Exercise library
Exercise illustrations and data are licensed to us for use inside Eleete. You may not copy or redistribute them.
Ending your use
You can stop using Eleete and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Eleete is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries from training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
